Congratulations to the winners of the 2025 President of Ukraine Award for Young Scientists!

By Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 863/2025 of November 27, 2025, based on the submission of the Boris Paton National Prize Committee of Ukraine, the “President of Ukraine Prize for Young Scientists 2025” was awarded.

Among the winners of the 2025 President of Ukraine Award are scientists from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.”

For their work “Creation of a multi-contour intelligent cyber defense system” in the section “Physical, Technical, and Mathematical Sciences,” the following were recognized:
DUNAYEV Serhii Vladyslavovych  – postgraduate student at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”;
SOKOLOV Artem Viktorovich – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at the National University “Odessa Law Academy”;
KUSHNEROV Alexander Sergeyevich – Doctor of Philosophy, senior lecturer at Sumy State University;
PIKUL Rostislav Vladimirovich – Deputy Head of the Center – Head of the Scientific Department of the National Defense University of Ukraine, Colonel.

For their work “Intelligent power supply system from distributed energy sources” in the “Energy and Ecology” section, the following were recognized:
DANILCHENKO Dmitry Oleksiyovych – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”;
FEDORCHUK Stanislav Olegovich – Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”;
IVAKHNOV Andriy Vitaliyovych – Assistant at the Department of Power Plants;
KULAPIN Alexander Valentinovich – Assistant at the Department of Power Plants.

For their work “Technologies for ensuring the dynamic strength and protection of armored bodies of light armored vehicles” in the section “Industry, Construction and Agricultural Complex,” the following were recognized:
KARPOV Vadym Olegovich  – Doctor of Philosophy, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Technologies and Systems of Wheeled and Tracked Vehicles named after O. O. Morozov;
LYOZNY Oleg Serhiyovich  – Postgraduate Student at the Department of Theory and Systems of Automated Design of Mechanisms and Machines;
MOROZOVSKY Leonid Leonidovich – Junior Researcher at the Central Research Institute of Armament and Military Equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

These achievements are a shining example for young people and anyone who dreams of reaching new heights in science. NTU “KhPI” confirms its status as a leading center of innovation and inspiration for new generations.
