TISC.Protect:Services for the acquisition of intellectual property rights

The TISC IP Headquarters announces the fourth module ‘TISC.Protect: Services for the Acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights’ within the framework of the training course “TISC.Services: Procedure and Mechanisms for Providing Services in the Field of Intellectual Property and Innovation”.

This training course is held exclusively for representatives of the TISC network.

This training will focus on the key practical issues of acquiring intellectual property rights.

You will learn about:
– Identification of intellectual property objects;
– Peculiarities of drafting a trade mark application in Ukraine;
– The procedure for international trademark registration under the Madrid system;
– Specifics of drafting an industrial design application and filing an application under the Hague procedure;
– Methods of drafting an application for an invention or utility model under the national procedure;
– Peculiarities of preparing a response to the preliminary report of the qualification examination;
– Procedure for filing an international application for an invention under the PCT procedure.

The module will consist of 2 trainings, which will be an important step towards a deeper understanding of the procedures for acquiring intellectual property rights and will help to avoid common mistakes in filing applications.
