The TISC IP Office announces the module ‘Startup Forge: Startup Management Services’ module of the training course “TISC.Services: Procedure and Mechanisms for Providing Services in the Field of Intellectual Property and Innovation”!
This training is held exclusively for the representatives of the TISC network.

The module will consist of 2 trainings, which will be an important step towards a deeper understanding of the issues that may arise when creating and managing a startup.

🔹Sergiy Barbashyn – Sergiy Barbashyn is an attorney and owner of Barbashyn Law Firm, Immediate Past-President of the European Young Bar Association EYBA, Deputy Chairman of the UNBA Intellectual Property Committee. Expert in IP, AI and IT project support.
Member of the UNBA Working Group on Legal Regulation of Artificial Intelligence and Recommendations to the Legislation. Member of AIPPI, AIJA, INTA and NAPA.
Anna Vnukova is an IP assistant at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, USA.
Maryna Zenova is the Head of the Innovation Ecosystem Development Unit of the Department of Innovation Development at the Ukrainian National Agency for Innovation and Technology.

– peculiarities of concluding agreements and transferring IP rights;
– NDA/NCA – do they work in practice?

– how trade secrets are protected in the US and how to draft an NDA in detail;
– development of business plans for innovative projects;
– preparation of an analytical report on intellectual property rights that are part of a startup’s innovation project;
– legalisation of legal relations between startups and investors;
– creating a consumer portrait;
– consulting assistance on the pitch deck;
– conducting a SWOT analysis;
– consultations in the development of an innovative project/startup.
