Dear colleagues! Acceptance of memos for awards for publications in Scopus and Web of Science has begun Memos are accepted until 30 October 2024 by e-mail : Tetyana.Konotopska@khpi.edu.ua
The file of the Memo must contain the electronic signature of the Head of the Department (in the form of a picture or in any way convenient for you) and must be sent from the corporate e-mail of the Head of the Department or his/her deputy (@khpi.edu.ua). The consent of the co-authors of the publication who do not receive remuneration must also be confirmed by electronic signatures. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided in the Service Note lies with the Head of the Department.
The university management has decided to increase the amount of the award to UAH 5000 for publications in journals that were in quartile 1 or 2 (Q1/Q2) at the time of publication. You can check the quartile of the publication by following the link https://www.scimagojr.com/journalrank.php
ATTENTION! Only memos that are in the form of a memo are accepted:
- executed in accordance with the Form (Forma_Podannya_Scopus_WS);
- sent from the corporate e-mail of the head of the department or his/her deputy;
- sent by e-mail Tetyana.Konotopska@khpi.edu.ua
The amount of the bonus per publication is:
