We invite you to participate in the International Scientific and Technical Conference 2025 IEEE 6th KhPI Week on Advanced Technology

Dear colleagues!

It is a great honour to invite you to participate in the 2025 IEEE 6th KhPI Week on Advanced Technology, which will be held on 6-10 October 2025 at the National Technical University ‘Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute’ in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

This conference is an important step for the development of science and the presentation of scientific research in the modern environment, so we invite you to submit your research papers for participation.

All accepted papers (oral or poster) presented at IEEE KhPI Week will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (with indexing in Scopus and Web of Science), provided that they meet the IEEE Xplore requirements for the field of research and quality of materials. IEEE quality control may cause a delay in the publication of conference materials in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library or lead to the rejection of some papers if they do not meet the IEEE criteria. No-show papers will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

More information about IEEE KhPI Week can be found here:

Plagiarism policy
IEEE KhPI Week accepts only original materials that have not been previously published or submitted for publication.
All submitted papers are checked for plagiarism and text similarity using the iThenticate software before the review process begins.
If the detected text similarity exceeds 30%, the article may be rejected without review and the authors will be asked to revise and resubmit it.
Detection of plagiarism will lead to a guaranteed rejection of the article and may result in a long-term blocking of the authors.

Reviewing procedure
Authors of the submitted materials can be involved in peer-to-peer review in their scientific community to exchange expert opinions and improve the quality of research.

IEEE KhPI Week invites qualified scientists to join the reviewers.
Being a reviewer of IEEE conference proceedings is a prestige and scientific recognition.

Requirements for reviewers:
✔️ Relevant scientific qualification
✔️ PhD degree
✔️ At least 2 publications in IEEE journals/conferences

We look forward to receiving your research papers!
